Movement coordination

We support the connective tissue of the animal-protection movement — convenings, shared strategy across organizations, leadership development, and the operational capacity that makes coordinated action possible.

What we fund

  • Cross-organizational coordination that aligns efforts and reduces fragmentation.
  • Capacity-building for groups doing high-leverage work but lacking infrastructure.
  • Leadership pipelines and organizational development for the next generation of policy and political leaders.
  • Convenings designed around concrete strategic outcomes, not just networking.

What we look for

  • Clear theory of change for how coordination produces movement-level wins.
  • Buy-in from the organizations being coordinated, not top-down imposition.
  • Realistic scope — small, well-run convenings beat large, unfocused ones.
